Job offer approval rule doesn't work using recruiting type code

Hi,

We have configured a new recruiting type code to distinguish internal job requisitions and using that we compiled approval rules through Transaction console for creating job offers for external and internal job requisitions.

While for external job offers everything works fine, when it comes to internal ones, a rule for external is triggered ignoring the "condition !=Recruiting type code we created for internal JR". An important point here is that in "external job offers" we capture salary and salary is also a component in the conditions for job offers of external candidates but for internal ones this detail is not always required.
