Employees who arrive to the destination before 3 pm local time are entitled to half day per diem and Full day per diem post 3 pm arrival.

also Employees who depart from the destination before 3 pm local time are entitled to full day per diem and Halfday per diem post 3pm Departure from Destination.

I understand that we have the option to use 'Per diem' but not sure if it will accommodate my requirement.

Kindly let me know if the following is configurable.
