Unable to Add Home or Work Address for Internal Employee in Offer Letter Template

Hi,

We are currently unable to include the Home Address or Work Address of internal employees when generating the offer letter using our offer letter template in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

This issue appears to be specific to internal candidates. The address fields are not available for selection in either the seeded or custom data models used for the offer template.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, could you please advise on how to achieve this functionality or provide a workaround?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
