Impossible to enable the column 'Job attribute'

Summary:

Hello everyone,

I would like to make the column named 'Job Attribute 3' enabled by ADD-IN.

But it seems not possible because there is no button 'Read only', it seems to be a 'read only' column by default.

I would like to know if there is a way to make this column updatable by ADD-IN.
