referrals in Oracle recruiting cloud

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to understand how employee referrals work in Oracle Recruiting cloud and how the source information is derived based on that.

When candidates apply on a requisition using the external career site, will an employee still be able to refer the same candidate after that on the same requisition?

if this is allowed , how will the source information look like. We noticed in our environment, there are candidates which show up with multiple source information, one of which is a referal too. Is there a way to understand if the candidate applied through the external career site first or was referred first.
