The following are the questions from the client, kindly review and provide confirmation.

  1. We are unable to track travel authorizations when the designated approver has left from the organization.
  2. What is the status of pending travel authorizations that remain in the system if the approver is no longer with the organization?
  3. Currently, there is a rule established for a parallel group consisting of three members, two of whom have left the organization. If we remove these two members from the group, how will the system handle the approval process?
