How to sync grade rate for one assignment when employee has multiple

Summary:

Currently, when we run the synchronize grade step rates process for an employee with multiple assignments, we don't have the option to select one assignment only. If we search by the assignment number, all assignments for that employee populate and automatically select. We are looking to be able to only run the sync for one assignment

Eg. Employee has two assignments E124155 and E124155-2. We would only like to run the synchronize grade step rate process for E124155, but E124155-2 automatically gets included as well.
