Create/Edit Job Offer process 'very' slow performance

Summary:

We have recently gone live with our Oracle Recruiting Cloud and are experiencing very slow performance with regards to the Recruiting Create/Edit Job Offer process.

Each section is slow when navigating from one field to another. It is also very slow when continuing onto the next section to complete.

Our key/frequent users have also highlighted very slow processing times when they submit the offer, reporting that the process then sits idle for a long time (sometimes upto 15 minutes). When idle, the offer will either work and they'll be returned to the Oracle homepage, whereas other times the screen will present a server error message.
