How to Change the Name of a new Outlook Add-in

Summary:

While deploying the manifest for a new Outlook Add-in in Microsoft Azure, we initially used a different name for the ribbon. We've since updated the name both in Microsoft Azure and in the Application Composer in Oracle. However, the old name of the Add-in is still being displayed.
