Not able to see data row(s) in HTML preview in Reports in EPM

I created a report under Reports in EPM. I can preview and see the data rows in PDF and Excel preview but row header or data show up or display in HTML preview or format. I checked the settings, Row is not hidden and No suppresion is set and Row display setting is also set to Show. The rows are blank with no header or data.
