How to restrict Re-scheduling during sales order revision.

Summary:

We have a rule to set the Schedule ship date = Requested -10 days. Based on this the schedule ship date is populated while creating the Order.User will sometime Overrides this scheduled ship date in Fulfilment view.

Later when a Revision is created for changing a qty and submitted the Re-scheduling happens and bring the Schedule ship date back to the Date as per the rule set. Again they need to manually overide the date.

Is there a way to stop re-scheduling the Order and not to change the Scheduled ship date.
