Deleted Goals in the Goal Library

Summary:

Once we delete goals in the Performance Goal Library we are unable to view them anywhere on the UI. They are also not visible to be viewed using the tables used in the back-end (HRT_CONTENT_ITEMS_B/HRT_CONTENT_ITEMS_TL). Is there a way to view deleted goals from the goal library?
