Recruiting Activity Center in 25B

Summary:

In version 25B, new filters are available on the Recruiting Activity Center page and one of these new filters is 'Type' and its LOV has three values. Since no value is selected by default, the landing pages opens entirely empty which is confusing for our users.

For a logged-in recruiter, the Recruiting Activity Center page (which is the initial landing page for the Hiring tile) displays in the header that there are for example 9 activities with High Priority. However, the details section of the page is entirely empty. No rows are displayed. No filters are set by default. We then set the 'Priority' filter to 'High Priority'. Still, no rows are displayed. We then set the 'Type' filter. The Type LOV has three values, and we can only select one at a time via radio buttons. In an attempt to find the 9 activities with
