Can the Add to favourites functionality in knowledge articles work in My Help or just My Knowledge?

Summary:

Is it possible for end users (not Agents) to use the Add to Favourites functionality to add these as favourites on the My Help page? Or can the functionality only be utilised within My Knowledge?

Within Knowledge articles users have the option to Add to Favourites, however this doesn't appear within My Help which is the screen we have given to colleagues. It works in My Knowledge but we haven't surfaced this to colleagues as we find it duplication and find the My Help screen more useful to colleagues.
