Reporting on assessment attempt scores when there's more than one assessment in the offering

Summary:

I need to report on the score achieved for each attempt within an assessment however I find that if an offering contains more than one assessment activity, the scores in OTBI show as exactly the same and only pull from one of the assessments rather than showing the correct scores for both e.g.

Assessment 1:

Attempt 1 - 20

Attempt 2 - 40

Attempt 3 - 80

Assessment 2:

Attempt 1 - 80

Attempt 2 - 90

In the report, the attempts would show correctly (i.e. 3 attempts for assessment 1 and 2 attempts for assessment 2) however the scores for each attempt would show as 20, 40, 80 for assessment 2, replicating assessment 1 even though it should be 80 and 90. I assume this is because the score is pulling from the offering details however I've tried using all 'score' fields available within the subject area and none of them work as needed.
