Requester is not coming on Create Miscellaneous Transaction Redwood UI

We are trying to create Miscellaneous transaction or Account Alias Receipt transaction, and we want to add requester while creating the transaction. User is not coming in the Requester LOV enven though user is having Employee and requester role.
