PO punchout configuration for Oracle internes Webshop for demo purposes without external supplier

Summary:

We want to showcase the punchout functionality without involving any external supplier at this stage of the project. I remember from past experience there is an "Oracle Exchange" "seeded store to do so where we could upload some catalogs and demonstrate the punch out and requisition creation process as well. We are not sure how to configure that at the moment what URL to use etc? We do know the steps to configure with real external suppliers but it is not yet feasible at this stage to involve them.
