Resubmit "In Process" Orders in Collaboration Messaging History

Is there a way where we can resubmit order which is struck in In process status in CMK. Below is the screenshot where i could see the resubmit or reprocess button greyed out. I want this order to be successfully sent to order management and sales order should be created. How to Resubmit it again?
