Display Negative Amounts in Red Font with Enclosed Parenthesis in the User Interface

Currently negative amounts in the UI are displayed in black font with a negative sign (-).

We would like to know if there is a function/ ability available to display negative amounts in red font with enclosed parenthesis for all amounts in the UI for Oracle Fusion.

Example: (15,000)
