How do I manually search for who entered a purchase requisition in RSSP

Summary:

We have enabled RSSP. Please could somebody explain how you search for a specific user that entered a purchase requisition (using the My Requisitions filters)? When I select the filter for entered by, it populates an overall list of users that have entered requisitions. This list seems to be ordered by the number of requisitions the user has raised (however it isn't correct as list starts with a user who has raised 8000+ reqs and when you scroll down the list, it gets to users who have raised 1 and then seems to jump to somebody that has raised 69).
