TA team looking for an automated process to manage aged requisitions. When a requisition reaches particular days (Eg:120 days), the system will automatically trigger a notification to both the assigned Recruiter and Hiring Manager, warning them about the cancellation. These notifications will serve as a final alert before any action is taken. Following this notification period, the system should automatically identify and closed any requisition that has exceeded the days. Upon closed, the requisition status will be automatically updated in the system to reflect this change.
