How to Populate auto Sold To Country at Order Header EFF?

Hello,

Business Requirement:

1. Enabled an New EFF.
2. That EFF will be Auto Populated while creation of sales order based on Primary Customer Sold To Country from Customer Address.
3. That value will be auto populated on Save,copying etc.
