In Offer Letter RTF Templates Space between Paragraphs is getting when Conditional logic gets failed

Hi,

I am working with design of RTF template for Offer Letters in ORC.

But here each and every element is displayed as separate paragraphs in offer letter section.

as we are using conditional logic for each elements if values is 0 for any element(ex: Sign On Bonus = 0) then that paragraph should not be displayed. but here its not getting displayed but line space is getting between another paragraphs.

Currently am using IF condition before each paragraph Ex: <?if:MAX_ICP_SB_US != 0?>

Please let me know if any one have any better solution how to handle this even if any elements value is 0 then that line space should not be visible between next paragraphs in offer Letter.
