Horizontal Menu Not Displaying in Mobile Views?

Summary: Our webteam is working on some updates to our careersite. While trying to validate how the changes look in the both tablet and phone modes, the webteam noted that the menu is missing in both mobile views, but the menu is displayed in web view.

Anyone seen this issue before?

Is the menu hidden in mobile mode and we're just not aware where it's retracted?
