How to resolve the error ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.FND_DF_SEGMENTS_B_U1) violated, which I get when creating a flexfield in the legal entity.

I checked the table and flexfield I need to create, and it exists. So, I deleted the context and recreated it, but the error persists.
