Unable to search for Standard Operations when creating a Work Definition in the Redwood UI

Summary:

We recently switched on the Redwood UI for creating Work Definitions in the client's Test instance but are finding that we can't search for and select Standard Operations which themselves were created in the ADF UI previously; they are visible in the Redwood UI for Standard Operations. Is there some type of ingestion process that needs to be run to inititialize the values in the Redwood UI.
