Unable to create a remmitance bank account.

Adding a remittance bank account to an ERC receipt class and method, an error occurs when creating remittance bank account.
The error message says, "This remittance bank account has already been defined for this receipt method and business unit. (AR-856812)"
The defined remittance bank account has an effective end date and a primary flag has been removed, but still does not work.
