25B Refresh Candidate Application Flow - Modify Background easily

Hello,
Since the 25B the candidate application flow has a different design.
In the case or the design (like the background image) not correspond to the need of the business, do we have a way to modify easily the backgroup image on the login page (where email address is requested) and the application flow page easily without use CSS code ? Or come back to the last design ?
