Candidate filer search for work experience (position)

Hi,

Business Case:

Before Redwood we use to filter candidates on the keyword base example "Branch" which would include all Job submission profiles having the word branch in their work experience. Currently in redwood we have to select all the cases appearing within the search filter.

Can we edit this filter / search in anyway?
