How to select the Manage Distribution pop-up object to modify its column width in sandbox

I am in sandbox structure of create invoice UI. I want to select the description column of Manage Distribution pop-up window. When I attempted to select dialog: Manage Distributions > region[Edit Task Flow], it showed empty.

Does fusion support I modify the content style of column of Manage Distribution pop-up in Create Invoice UI? If yes, please advise how to select it.
