Need to display expense type based on criteria in exp item page

Hi All,

I need display expense type based on criteria or some factors for end users in exp item page creation using Financials Technical tools like page composer or any other tool, please it applicable\which tool?

The idea is that not all users allowed to use some expense types while creating expense items.
