activating AI for Oracle Recruiting

Summary:

Hello, I have activated AI for recruiting, but something is wrong. similar candidates and suggeted candidates sections are blank. There are 3 appliers and 2 of them add skills from suggested skills section. enabled ai app—dynamic skills ;talant match; time to hire. there are only those available in our system. and select AI features from set up and maintenance: similar cantidate , candidate sugestions…. . Why I cannot see anyone as a suggested candidate?
