IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External not arriving to hiring team

Hi Experts,

I need a notification to arrive to the hiring team of the requisition when the job offer is accepted or denied.

I activated in alert composed the notifications: IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External and IRC_JobOffer_Declined_External
I scheduled the processes: Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions and Send Job Application Notification ESS jobs
The notification mode is All

No notification is arriving.

What am I missing?
