Missing "Create requisition using" field to business rule for Create Job Requisition Page

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to perform customizations for each "Use".

For Example: When Use: Position we need make few fields as Read-only but for Use: Job the same fields should be Editable.

Please someone help how can we achieve this, as I am not seeing "Create Requisition using" in VBCS business rules.
