New location for classroom - unexpected behaviour after the "Address Validation" feature (25A)

Hi all,

in our environment we have never activated the "Address Validation" feature introduced with update 25A. The country used is Italy, however, trying to add a classroom with a new address does not exit the fields but only one field appears that isused for the US country address validation functionality. Do you have any resolution?

We need to see the fields for entering the address, this field does not allow us to create the address.
