EPBCS Reports, creating a book made up of other books, the TOC is incorrect in all the lower books.

In Reports, when creating a book made up of other books, the TOC for the main book is correct but for all 'children' books the page number in the TOC is wrong.

I know this is listed as a 'known issue', but I am curious if anyone has found a way around it?

For Example, the 'AR Report Book' below is made up of Book 1, Book 2, and Book 3. The TOC in the main book is correct, and if you click on 'Book 1', 'Book 2' or 'Book 3' it will take you to the correct section.
