Cross Validation rules works differently when using the FBDI for import Journals

Summary:

The Cross Validation rule configured in the environment is not correctly picked up / works differently when using the Journal Import FBDI

The CVR rule is set-up for the cost center 99999 to be able to use 34121001/ 10101001 as the natural account

The accounting code combination: 9005-99999-34121001-0000-000000 is valid and does not violate the CVR.
It works as intended in CVR Validation Rules: when creating Journals Manually and also when creating Journals through ADFDI

But same account code combination results in an CVR rule error when loaded through FBDI

The error on the log file is EF04 This is Not a Valid cost centre for this account
