Subject line of performance notifications are not appearing properly

For the NotificationTaskFyi task in task configuration in BPM worklist, As you can see in the screenshot attached, Title of the notification is all set correct. But in the UI, when transaction is happening related to performance document, the notification is not appearing in an expected manner. This is happening for the cases of notifications present in the NotificationTaskFyi.

It seems Resource Bundle key is being picked in the subject line of the notification

Please help so that Notification title gets picked instead of Resource bundle key in the subject line of notification
