Optin feature Impact - Rest API salesOrdersForOrderHubRequests unable to Import Supplier Site

We are trying to import sales order using salesOrdersForOrderHubRequests Rest API. However supplier site is not getting imported.

Oracle has recommended turning on opt-in feature "Import and Fulfill Large Volumes of Sales Orders" which cannot be reverted once enabled. What impact will this opt-in feature have on existing Sales Order SOAP webservices or Orchestration flows. Did any one try this opt-in?

Note: Our As-Is process uses SOAP services to import sales orders. So we do not want this opt in to cause any issue wrt existing flow.
