Adding Button to Each Row in Shipment Line Table on Redwood Page achievable or not ?

We have a requirement to add a button to each row in the shipment line table on a Redwood page. While we successfully implemented this on a responsive page using the Page Composer sandbox tool, we encountered limitations on the Redwood page. Specifically, the Page Composer tool is not available for customization on Redwood pages.

We attempted to use Visual Builder (VB) Studio, but found that business rules in the structure and components are disabled, suggesting that Oracle may have restricted these functionalities. We are able to perform basic changes such as hiding/showing fields and making them required, but the specific requirement of adding a button to each row remains unachievable with the current tools.
