Redwood: Salary Range Is Not Displaying in Job Offer

Hello,

For my personal account, I can see the salary range in job offers, but I have higher access. When I proxy in to test as my resource, they cannot see the salary range in the salary section of the job offer. Both myself and the resource have the privileges "View Job Offer Salary" and "View Job Offer" with the same overall role. What can I do to fix this?
