Overview

Oracle Responsys will rotate the OAuth credentials that secure the Facebook Lead Ads (FBLA) Integration during the May 2025 Update. All customers who have FBLA enabled must re-authorize the Oracle Responsys FBLA application in Meta Business Suite after 20 May 2025 06:00 AM EDT | 10:00 AM UTC. 

App Re-authorization and page(s) re-registration is necessary to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Facebook leads to Responsys Profile Lists and related data tables. 

What is Responsys FBLA ? 

Oracle Responsys Facebook Lead Ads (FBLA) streams each Facebook Lead Form submission to a Responsys Form URL. 

The form writes the data directly to a designated Profile List, Profile Extension Tables, or Supplemental Tables in real time.
