Is it possible to have few orgs constrained in supply plan?

Hello,

We have a unique requirement that we need both constrained and unconstrained behavior in the same plan. We have a org say Org A which needs to work in the constrained mode taking into consideration the capacity of the resources. We also have Org B and Org C that should not be constrained. But in real work supply chain, we do have materials moving from Org B , Org C to Org A and vice versa. Currently we are maintaining Org A as a seperate constrained plan, and Org B and C as a seperate unconstrained plan. But this makes
