Create Accounting Best Practice

What would you recommend is the best practice for running create accounting with regard to frequency? Daily runs for all ledgers and applications? Weekly? Before Month End?

Want to know from experts what has been your experience. We are currently running daily but are thinking about reducing the frequency, and also running in draft so we can catch issues before they are finally accounted and reduce corrections.
