Add Recruiting Type Column to add Prospect Candidates in the Requisition

Summary: When adding a prospect candidate to a job requisition, We need to display a "Recruiting Type" column (indicating whether the requisition is Standard or Pipeline) under the "Select Requisitions" section. Currently, the columns shown are Requisition Title, Requisition Number, Hiring Manager, and Recruiter (see attached screenshot for reference). Is there a way to configure or customize the system to include the Recruiting Type column in this view? Any guidance or steps to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
