Using the results of an OTBI analysis to pass value to a second analysis

Summary:

I built an offer dashboard for our Talent Acquisition team to determine what we should offer internal candidates. The goal is to help them understand an appropriate salary range for a given job, then use that data to generate an offer to share with that internal candidate. It all works great except I need to be able to show the % increase in the new salary. I suspect the way forward would be using a pass-through variable in a dashboard, but I'm not finding any great examples to mirror.
