This is not a problem. Please ignore.

We're testing 25B and have discovered that when an employee in a certain group (administrative assistants who are all assigned a specific role) submits an ICP, it is being automatically approved. When Line Managers submit an ICP, the approval routing works as designed (and as it does in Prod). I compared a transaction diagnostic report of the same process between Prod (25A) and Dev1 (25B) and it appears that the VariableAllocationTask process isn't running at all in Dev1.
