Journal Approval_Grade Level, Business is requesting us to implementing Grade level approval but Oracle bpm won't support grade level approval currently. As a workaround we created Journal approval rule as below and working as expected but If any approver in the Approval Group creates a journal, approvals are not triggering to approver and workflow error out.

Business has A, B, C, D and E Grades (A is highest and E is Lower Grade).

Created 5 approval rules for each grade, added approvers. Rule 1: E Journal Approval rule > Approvers of A,B,C, D Grade. Rule 2:
