roles and privileges required to get requisition one time location

Summary:

Hi All,

I'm facing issue while getting requisition One Time Address on RSSP screen.

I'm using below REST API to create one time location with ABC user

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/requisitionOneTimeLocations

But while getting OneTimeLocation by created locId with same REST API and different-XYZ user,but not getting any response for that API.

Error getting - 404 Not Found

Do we required any specific roles or privileges to access requisitionOneTimeLocation which created by other user.
