how to use REST API to get an in-transit shipment for a PO

We need to be able to use REST API to get all in-transit ASN (shipment) data against one Purchase Order. I'm not seeing any REST APIs that you can query based on PO Header ID or PO Line ID. How can we pull back ASN data for just one purchase order?
